Due to the variable nature of exterior surfaces, weather exposure, environmental conditions, and other factors beyond our control, it is not possible to guarantee the final appearance of every surface or how long cleaning results will remain effective.
Exterior surfaces are continually exposed to changing weather conditions, seasonal variations, moisture, shade, surrounding trees, hedges, vegetation, and other local environmental factors. As a result, organic growth such as moss, algae, weeds, and lichen may naturally return over time.
While we always apply our professional experience, appropriate methods, and industry best practices to achieve the highest possible standard, we cannot guarantee against the natural recurrence of organic growth, staining, weathering, or general deterioration.
Where remedial or restoration work is carried out, including joint repairs, re-pointing, sealing, or similar treatments, the work is often applied to pre-existing surfaces and installations. The original sub-base, foundations, joints, or construction materials may already contain defects, deterioration, or structural weaknesses that are not visible before work begins.
For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for the long-term performance of restoration treatments where subsequent cracking, joint failure, surface deterioration, or movement is caused by underlying structural movement, sub-base failure, pre-existing defects, natural settlement, weather exposure, or general wear and tear.
We may take photographs and videos before, during, and after the work is carried out for the purpose of documenting the condition of the property, the services provided, and the results achieved.
These images and videos may also be used for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, or other promotional purposes.
If you do not wish for photographs or videos of your property or completed work to be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before the work commences.
Exterior cleaning and treatment services are highly dependent on suitable weather conditions. Heavy rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or other adverse weather may make it unsafe to proceed or may compromise the quality and effectiveness of the work.
We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule a booking at short notice where weather conditions are considered unsuitable or unsafe.
Where this occurs, we will work with the customer to arrange the earliest suitable alternative date, subject to weather conditions and availability.
All exterior cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and restoration services are carried out on the understanding that the property and all surfaces being treated are in a stable, serviceable condition and are suitable for professional cleaning methods.
Roof cleaning requires particular care, as roofs can contain hidden defects or areas of deterioration that may not be visible before work begins. We cannot accept liability for damage resulting from pre-existing defects or weaknesses, including but not limited to cracked or broken tiles, loose mortar, damaged or degraded flashing, defective render, rotten timber, fragile materials, unsealed gaps, or general wear and tear.
We also cannot accept liability where pre-existing defects are exposed, loosened, worsened, or become apparent during the cleaning process. This includes water ingress or leaks caused by defective roofing materials, vents, breather tiles, flashing, seals, or other vulnerable areas.
We will make every reasonable effort to inspect the property before work begins and to recommend the safest and most appropriate cleaning method. However, some underlying defects or structural weaknesses may only become apparent once cleaning is underway.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all windows, doors, roof windows, vents, and other openings are securely closed before work commences. We cannot accept responsibility for water ingress or damage caused by openings being left unsecured or by pre-existing defects in seals, fittings, roofing materials, or the structure of the property.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the work area is clear, safe, and accessible prior to our arrival.
This includes removing or securely relocating vehicles, patio furniture, planters, fragile items, pets, and any other belongings that may obstruct the work or be at risk of damage during the cleaning process.
Customers are also responsible for notifying neighbouring properties before any work begins, particularly where neighbouring vehicles, furniture, windows, or other outdoor items are located close to shared boundaries and may be affected by water, debris, or incidental overspray.
Where agreed in advance, we may assist with moving certain items, such as outdoor furniture, planters, or other movable objects. Any such assistance is provided entirely at the customer’s own risk. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, breakage, or deterioration arising from the movement, relocation, or handling of these items before, during, or after the cleaning process.
A 30% advance deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure the agreed date.
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, the deposit will be strictly non-refundable and forfeited. This is necessary to cover costs associated with reserved labour, scheduling commitments, preparation work, and any other expenses that cannot be recovered at short notice.
